Refund Policy

1. Seven-Day Satisfaction Window
Within the first seven (7) calendar days from the Cohort Start Date (Day 0 through Day 7 inclusive), you may withdraw from the Phase I — Runway Foundation Program for any reason.
Upon timely withdrawal:
- We refund 100% of Installment 1, less the non-refundable Starter Kit Fee of USD 490 (covering Starter Kit components already delivered to you).
- Net refund: USD 1,810.
- No further installments are owed.
- You retain all delivered Starter Kit components — the Starter Kit need not be returned. Continued use remains subject to the Confidentiality and Intellectual Property restrictions in Section 12.2 of the Terms.
How to exercise: send written notice of withdrawal to support@omgplatform.com before 11:59 PM Eastern Time on Day 7. The email must include your full legal name and Cohort identifier. Date and time of receipt by us is determinative; postmark dates do not apply.
After Day 7, this Section is no longer available; refunds are governed by Sections 2–7 below.
2. After Day 7 — No Refund Except as Listed Below
After the Seven-Day Satisfaction Window expires, all tuition payments are final and non-refundable, except as expressly provided in this Refund Policy. Without limiting the foregoing, the following do NOT qualify for a refund:
- Change of mind after Day 7
- Life circumstances not meeting the Hardship Clause definition (Section 4)
- Dissatisfaction with Program pace, content, or delivery, where the Program is delivered substantially as described
- Non-admission to Phase II (Phase II is a separate program with separate enrollment)
- Any career outcome other than the contractually guaranteed Runway Placement
- Third-party agency decisions, casting outcomes, or industry-related events outside our control
- Failure to satisfy the Conditions of Good Standing
- Inability or unwillingness to travel to the Chicago Intensive, except where a remote equivalent has been pre-approved
- Reasonable modifications by us to the Program (schedule, content order, location, faculty)
- Any reason not expressly defined as refundable in this Policy or the Terms
3. Right to Discontinue (Stop Future Installments)
You may decline any subsequent installment at any time. Upon non-payment of a scheduled installment by its due date, your participation in the Program ends at the close of the period for which you have paid.
- No further tuition is owed.
- No refund of installments already paid.
- No cancellation form, written notice, or conversation with the mentor is required.
Discontinuation differs from withdrawal: withdrawal under Section 1 only applies within the first 7 days. Discontinuation stops future charges but does not refund what has already been paid.
4. Hardship Clause
In rare cases of documented extraordinary circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a transfer to a future cohort at no additional cost. This is not a refund mechanism. The only remedy is a one-time cohort transfer.
“Extraordinary circumstances” are defined narrowly and exclusively as one of:
- A serious medical condition requiring documented hospitalization or specialist treatment that materially prevents Program participation, supported by signed medical documentation.
- Death of an immediate family member (parent, sibling, spouse, or child), supported by documentary evidence.
- A natural disaster directly affecting your primary residence, supported by official documentation (FEMA declaration, insurance claim, or equivalent).
No other circumstances qualify. Change of mind, dissatisfaction, scheduling conflict, financial hardship not arising from the above, employment change, relationship change, relocation, and similar life events do not invoke this clause.
To invoke: submit a written request to support@omgplatform.com within 30 days of the qualifying event, with documentation. We respond within 14 days. Transfer must be exercised within 12 months of the original Cohort Start Date. Our decision is final and at our sole discretion.
5. Runway Performance Guarantee Refund
If you satisfy all Conditions of Good Standing (Section 6 of the Terms) and we are nonetheless unable to deliver the contractually guaranteed Runway Placement within twelve (12) months of Program completion, you are entitled to a 100% refund of all tuition paid (less the USD 490 Starter Kit Fee).
The Runway Placement is defined narrowly in Section 9.5 of the Terms: one confirmed model walk in a runway production produced or powered by Art Hearts Fashion (NYFW, LAFW, LFW, or Miami Swim Week), in the main programming, with your name credited in the official lineup and at least one designer assignment.
The Guarantee does NOT cover:
- Appearances on NYFW: The Shows (IMG-produced) or productions other than Art Hearts Fashion.
- Agency signing, contract, representation, or future modeling work.
- Any specific casting outcome, editorial booking, or career trajectory.
- Any income, fee, or financial outcome.
- A specific designer, look, runway position, or press coverage.
Force majeure events affecting Fashion Week (pandemic, natural disaster, government order, Art Hearts Fashion cancellation beyond our control) defer the 12-month window by the duration of the event.
6. Termination by You for Cause (Prorated Refund)
You may terminate the Terms for cause if we materially breach our obligations and fail to cure within 30 days of receiving written notice from you specifying the breach.
“Material breach by us” means:
- Failure to deliver the substantive Program components (12-week curriculum, three 1:1 mentoring sessions, weekly deliverable reviews, office hours, Starter Kit, platform access).
- Failure to deliver the Runway Placement within the period required, where you are in Good Standing and the failure is not excused by force majeure.
- Modifications to the Program that exceed “reasonable modification.”
- Sustained conduct by us that fundamentally undermines the value of the Program.
Upon termination for cause, you are entitled to a prorated refund of tuition for undelivered portions:
Send written notice of breach and termination to support@omgplatform.comwith subject line “Termination for Cause.” Section 12 (Confidentiality and Intellectual Property) obligations of the Terms continue to apply to materials already received.
7. Force Majeure (Extended Performance / Possible Termination)
Neither party is liable for failure or delay in performance arising from events beyond reasonable control (Force Majeure Event), including acts of God, fire, flood, hurricane, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, or infrastructure failure.
Program timelines, including the 12-week curriculum and the 12-month Runway Performance Guarantee window, are extended by the duration of the Force Majeure Event. If the Event continues for more than 180 days and prevents substantial performance, either party may terminate with no further obligation. Refunds (if any) are calculated on a prorated basis for undelivered portions.
8. Refund Method & Timing
All refunds are issued in United States Dollars (USD) via the same payment method used at purchase (Stripe). Currency conversion to your local currency, foreign transaction fees, and exchange rate differences are determined by your card issuer or bank and are outside our control.
Refund processing timeline:
- Eligible refund decision: within 10 business days of valid refund request.
- Refund initiated to Stripe: within 14 business days of decision.
- Funds visible on your statement: typically 5–10 business days after initiation (varies by card issuer).
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
A chargeback initiated in breach of this provision does not relieve you of obligations under the Terms; we reserve the right to enforce our rights, including collection of unpaid tuition and recovery of chargeback fees and administrative costs, as a carve-out from arbitration (Section 14.3 of the Terms).

11. EU/EEA/UK/Swiss Residents — Right of Withdrawal
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have additional rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent local law. Specifically, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract.
Important: by accepting the Terms and beginning Program access (Day 0), you expressly consent to immediate performance of digital content and acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw from the contract once we have begun performance, in accordance with applicable EU/UK consumer law. This consent is captured at the time of acceptance.
For undelivered live components (mentoring, runway), pro-rated refund obligations may apply per local consumer law where they exceed the protections in this Policy. Where local mandatory consumer protection law provides greater rights than this Policy, those local rights prevail to the minimum extent required by law.

13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to your account address (if you have one), a banner notice on omgplatform.com, and an updated “Last Updated” date at the top. Refund rights for tuition already paid at the time of a change continue to be governed by the Policy in effect on the date of payment.
